1.Do you do on site repairs?
No, most of our work is workshop based to provide the best possible repairs with best first time fix rate.
We have site service plans that includes on site work.
2. How does the workshop service work?
An initial assessment charge is paid. Once the assessment is complete, we will give you a detailed assessment report with pictures and videos outlining the issues and repairs required. (The fee is to cover our time and skills. fi you go ahead with the repair. the price will be taken off the repair price)
You do not have to have the repair done. You are more than welcome to say no thank you.
If the equipment is end of life. you can take it back or we can recycle it for you. (some parts may help save another piece of equipment)
We can offer solutions to help suit different budgets, e.g. using tested second hand parts.
Once the repair is complete, we will bench test to verify the repair
You can collect or we can arrange delivery at your expense
3. What areas do you cover?
We can provide solutions to most areas.
Local areas are Huddersfield, Leeds, York, Wakefield and surrounding villages etc.
We can provide collection and drop off services to further away areas
4. Do you sell equipment?
Yes, we have changing stock each week.
We can find it if we don't have it in stock
5. Do you give warranty on your equipment?
Yes, all used equipment comes with a minimum of 3 months return to base warranty.
We can offer longer warranty's and or service plans if required
