No, most of our work is workshop based to provide the best possible repairs with best first time fix rate. 

We a small team for on site cleaning & sanitizing of ice machines and glass/dishwashers, plus equipment collections and drop off's. 

An initial assessment charge is paid. Once the assessment is complete, we will give you a detailed assessment report with pictures and videos outlining the issues and repairs required. (The fee is to cover our time and skills. fi you go ahead with the repair. the price will be taken off the repair price)

You do not have to have the repair done. You are more than welcome to say no thank you. 

If the equipment is end of life. you can take it back or we can recycle it for you. (some parts may help save another piece of equipment)

We can offer solutions to help suit different budgets, e.g. using tested second hand parts.

Once the repair is complete, we will bench test to verify the repair

You can collect or we can arrange delivery at your expense

There is no such thing as just needing a re-gas. Don't be fooled by misleading info. A refrigeration system is a sealed system, so if you need a re-gas there is a leak somewhere. If its a small leak then it will take longer to loose its gas, but it will 100% leak out again.

To get your site operational with a quick turnaround, we can provide part exchange of faulty equipment, for fully working equivalent machines.

Yes, all used equipment comes with a minimum of 3 months return to base warranty.
